About Integrity Global Resources:
Our organization represents high-demand professionals and works to secure the most desirable employment positions for them. Our permanent placement recruiting and contract staffing services are offered through our independently owned offices. We manage our own recruiting and medical staffing business, collaborating with one another on recruiting and staffing placements. We are looking for support in expanding our sales team by recruiting and training frontline Recruiters working on our behalf.
As a Recruiter:
You are trained to proactively contact professionals to determine if they are interested in exploring new employment opportunities. Those who want to explore other options are aggressively marketed to appropriate client facilities. Eventually terms are agreed to and a recruiting fee or staffing hourly rate are paid. The Recruiter is paid a portion of the revenue they generate for Integrity Global Resources LLC.
Base pay - Average earnings $40,000 - 150,000 uncapped commission!
As a Recruiter you are thoroughly trained and supported by our company.
Home Office Requirements! Mandatory
Work from quiet home office
Have a dedicated business business 2nd phone line
Fax/scanner
Internet access though a cable solution (Cox, Road Runner etc)
Laptop (If you want to work from the beach!) or a standard computer
Microsoft Outlook - Express is not compatable
Required to pay your own expenses.
Recruiters are not required to make any kind of investment and have the realistically ability to generate six-figure income provided they work hard.
The Market for Healthcare Recruiting
The healthcare industry is experiencing unprecedented worker shortages. This is due largely to the baby-boomer generation reaching retirement age, but individuals leaving the workforce at a record pace makes it worse. Hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide are short on staff with one million vacancies in US facilities right now. Healthcare recruiting and medical staffing services are in high demand now and will only increase over the next 10 to 15 years.
Keep in mind that the average healthcare recruiter made $217,000 in recruiting fees during 2004, according to what "The Fordyce Letter", a respected recruiting industry newsletter, found in their industry wide survey.
Duties:
•Collaborate on healthcare candidate placements through our unique software system and database of healthcare positions and candidates
•Utilize our “Agent” approach to aid healthcare practitioners in locating preferred positions
•Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and goals to place them in qualified healthcare facilities that match their needs
•Build and develop professional relationships with healthcare facilities
•Ability to work remotely from a home-office a must
•Time management skills a top priority
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
•Build and cultivate strong professional relationships
•Ability to evaluate and qualify candidates
•Executive, sales and/or management skills
