Pamela F Patton originally started her professional life in the Insurance Industry as a customer service representative and moved into the Human Resources arena. Shortly after moving to San Antonio, TX she began employment with a Human Resource Management Company whose primary function was to recruit dental professionals under a contract with the US Army as a Benefits Specialist. After sitting in on a Dental Recruiting Department one time she knew what her calling was. After feeling their energy and hearing and sharing their experiences in the industry she requested a transfer and hasn’t looked back. She has been Recruiting in the Dental industry for 4 years and continues to provide exceptional customer service and professionalism to all her clients and candidates in the Dental field.
